Meet Joan Ketels, President and Training Solutions Specialist

A highly successful teacher, trainer, administrator and entrepreneur, Joan has spent more than 27 years developing her expertise in training and development. Her clients credit her with the ability to ‘see around corners’ and make connections that help them discover and implement efficiencies in their organizations.

Demonstrating an instinct for identifying future trends, Joan keeps her clients ahead of the curve in demanding environments. Her passion for advancing the skills needed in today’s workforce allows her to expand her clients’ organizational capacity through programs that deliver higher productivity from satisfied employees.

Joan’s penchant for customizing programs to meet highly specialized needs started with her own post-graduate degree in training and development. She crossed educational disciplines and departmental boundaries to build the knowledge and skills she uses every day. Having started in the training industry as Director of Distribution and Training for a past president of the National Speaker’s Association, she continues to work an active program of research, education and service.
